Cancellation Policy

Wheelchair Rental Pros trusts our borrowers and our community. If a borrower needs to cancel their order, we know it’s for a good reason. We will not penalize or charge them for canceling the order up until 24 hours prior to delivery. Within 24 hours, there will be no refunds issued to borrowers unless there is a valid and unavoidable circumstance (ex: death, air travel disruptions, or pandemic-related excuses).
